Being part of Eclaro is a dream come true. My engagement with the employees from the recruitment team up to Intact was really great. I was also amazed how the HR team handled my queries and immediately got a response everytime I send an email. I can imagine myself working with Eclaro for the next 5 to 10 years. I've been with the company for 4 years now, and I am very grateful for all the good things this company has provided to me. The management always aims for the betterment, health, and wellness of every employee, and this was also proven and highlighted during the time of the pandemic. I enjoyed working and being part of Eclaro Team. This is so far the first time that I'll be celebrating a work anniversary where I haven't really felt stressed within my 1 year stay. Have been in Eclaro for 8 years now. The company provides the tools needed to make one's work effectively and efficiently and is very open to employees' suggestions and inputs. It also allows to work remotely thus saving a lot of the precious time consumed in commutes.
